Film and Press Discussion of PWI Jateng

Semarang, Central Java. In June, 19 2007, KeSEMaT invited by Press Society (PWI) of Central Java (Jateng) attending "Film and Press Discussion of PWI Jateng" which was held in Grand Candi Hotel Semarang. It started at 1 PM until 5 PM.

This film discussion attended by movie maker of "Lari dari Blora” (Run from Blora) such as Akhlis Suryapati D. (Director), Nizar Zulmi, Annika Kuyper, Soultan Saladdin (Actor), and Eko Nugroho (Producer of Dreamlight Studios). 

KeSEMaT represented by R. S. Bayu Mangkurat (MENWEBNET), Agus Susanto (MENDIKTAN), Muhamad Ikhsan S. H. (Presiden), Aris Priyono (DK), Pramitha Apriliani, Intan Rahmawati, Faradhian Fahmi (Member), had given some critics about improvement of documentary in Semarang.

Night, there were deeply discussion about how to improving film and documentary in Semarang. This discussion was held in Raden Saleh Art Park (TBRS) Semarang. Except attended by the movie maker of “Lari dari Blora”, it also attended by many organizations such as Art Society of Semarang (DEKASE), PARFI Jateng, KRONIK, KeSEMaT and many more.

This meeting had resulted some recommendation such as in the future, film organization in Semarang would be conducting some periodically movie-events in TBRS Semarang. [<]
