KeSEMaT Expo in POLINES

Semarang, Central Java - In 26 - 30 March 2007, KeSEMaT held its mangrove expo in Polytechnique of Semarang (POLINES), commemorating earth day on this March. KeSEMaT together with ten organizations, NGOs, and another institutions made its expo as invitation from Environment Community called (WAPALHI) Polines as organizer. Participants were from PT. Djarum, Jamilah NGO, WAPALHI, Marem NGO, CLAW Production, nurseries, and KeSEMaT.

This event opened by Head of Polines. On five day, there were a lot of visitors visit KeSEMaT's stand because of its complicity. It had stand where visitors could watching mangrove documentary, reading mangrove book and not forget KeSEMaT also giving free mangrove consultation to visitors. It closed by March, 30 2007 with watching nuclear documentary from Marem NGO. This event will followed by meeting among participants to mitigate damage and save Semarang environment. [<]
